Pet policy
- No pet rent — pet rent was abolished under the Renters’ Rights Act from 1 May 2026
- Maximum 2 pets per apartment
- You still need a Pet Licence — request consent and arrange this through the Soho Yard team before your pet moves in
- Restrictions apply on type, size, and breed
- The Pet Licence forms part of your tenancy agreement — breaching it is a breach of your tenancy
Contact the resident services team to arrange your Pet Licence before bringing a pet.
Pet facilities
- Pet Spa — a dedicated grooming facility in the building for keeping your pets clean. Accessible via fob (let the team know you’ll be using it)
Living with pets
- Pets must not cause a nuisance, annoyance, or disturbance to other residents
- You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet
- Keep communal areas clean — pick up after your pet
